How does the airport meet & greet work?

Our service goes beyond the standard driver with a name sign in the arrivals area. You'll be greeted by our dedicated assistants, recognisable in uniform.

At Fiumicino (FCO), your assistant will meet you at Terminal 3, under Column 2, right after baggage claim.

Your flight is monitored in real-time: in case of delay, the assistant is always present at no extra charge.

What do your chauffeurs wear?

All our chauffeurs operate in professional uniform. Discretion, attention to detail and impeccable presence are non-negotiable standards of the Pegaso Limo service.

How much notice is required to book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. However, we also handle last-minute requests based on fleet availability. For urgent needs, contact us directly at 06 4429 0011.

Do you offer hourly or multi-day services?

Yes, our disposal service — from 4 to 12 hours or for multiple consecutive days — is ideal for roadshows, delegations, shopping tours or multiple business meetings. The vehicle and chauffeur remain at the client's full disposal for the entire duration.

What languages do your chauffeurs speak?

All our chauffeurs speak fluent Italian and English. On request, we can provide native or fluent speakers in French, Spanish, Arabic and Russian.

Do you have corporate account agreements?

Absolutely. We offer corporate contracts with monthly consolidated billing, dedicated rates and a personal account manager. Contact us to structure a tailored agreement for your company or hotel.

Do you operate only in Rome or also in other cities?

Our headquarters are in Rome, but we cover transfers and disposals throughout Italy, including frequent connections with Milan, Florence, Venice and Naples. We also manage multi-day tours on customised itineraries.

What is included on board?

Every vehicle is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, still and sparkling water, refreshing green tea towels, chargers for every type of device and umbrellas. Our uniformed chauffeurs are at your disposal for any need during the transfer.
